I have been working with Linda for a while and now Michelle. They are extraordinary! My wallet was stolen and Linda has helped me through the long process of closing and opening accounts. She always goes the extra mile. Recently Michelle has helped me with filling out forms for stocks. She is so patient and thorough. They both know me as soon as I walk in and they make my frustrating experiences so much easier. I am so grateful to both of them for all the help they have given me. I was considering moving my banking to The Private Bank but now I will never leave BMO Harris. The service is way above and beyond the norm.
